Most of my communities have an XMAS themed icon...but I've got a lot of communities. Just went through that entire list on my profile and changed the XMAS ones to default.

I need more, though I can't imagine how I'd find them given some of the communities have themes that are not conducive to such a thing.

Was surprised I'd forgotten the one for bondage_a_gogo.

I normally wake up to the news, alarms are set for 8am, so I have a pretty good sense of the day. Staying over at Mom's that's not usually the case and with my niece here I've missed the news the last several days...

..which is why it took a text message to inform me that Brittany Murphy died today.

I had to look it up just to make sure. Too many celebrities are reported dead and then it turns out it was a hoax or some kinda crank call dealio. Sadly, not this time:

So, apparently the TxtLJ thing lets me text communities too. Not xpost though, unless I make subtle alterations to the text to each place. Apparently TxtLJ recognizes the same message and will only let you send it to one place.

Unlike texts to my own journal, comments to the ones I send to communities go straight to my email. That is very ideal, wish I could get the ones I send to here to do that but no dice so far.

Wine with the risotto would've been a moot point. It was cooked with white wine and it didnt burn off.
